We provide vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics for all makes and models, including mobile and workshop services.

2. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made by phone, email, or face to face.
Please provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or parts availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Service prices may be provided before or after services depending on the circumstances.
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
Deposits may be required to secure bookings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate vehicle details and disclose known issues.
Ensure the vehicle is accessible for service.
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle.

5. Liability & Warranty

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues.
Work is guaranteed to a professional standard. Report any issues within 7 days.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Refunds for completed services are generally not available.
Concerns about service quality will be reviewed per our Refund Policy.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
