Refund Policy
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out or cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the booking.

If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies, or parts delays), we will contact you immediately to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
2. Refunds for Services

Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not available, as payment covers the time, labor, and parts used.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, adjustment, or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Online Payments and Deposits

Deposits made online or by phone to secure bookings are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.

For cancellations made earlier than 24 hours, deposits may be refunded or credited toward a future booking.

If we need to cancel a booking for any reason, a full refund of any deposit or payment will be issued promptly.
4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
